The word psychotherapy has its roots in the Greek words for soul and for heal. My psychotherapy practice is based on focused reflection on what each person tells me. I am receptive and provide a safe place for you to talk openly. Therapy is also a place to solve problems, to face and reckon with issues, to stop behavior that is harmful to yourself or others, and to find meaning.
